国产自体-2000型血液回收机的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：观察自体２０００型血液回收机临床应用效果。方法：用自体２０００型血液回收机对１２８例患者行外科手术中自体血液回输。并对患者术前血、术中回收血、术后静脉血进行血常规化验及血液生化检验，对回收血做形态观察。结果：１２８例患者平均每例回收原血１８５０ｍｌ，经血液回收机处理后获得浓缩血６１５ｍｌ，均回输给病人。术后血常规、多项生化检查及血浆电解质检查结果均达到正常水平。除３例因室颤、严重心功能不全死亡（与血液回收机无关）外，其余病人术后恢复顺利，结论：自体２０００型血液回收机能有效减少术中血液的丢失，减少输血后并发症。Objective: To study the effect of intraoperative autologous blood transfusion and use of ZITI 2000 Autologous Blood Recovery System in surgery. Methods:Intraoperative autologous blood transfusion was performed in 128 patients' surgery using ZITI 2000 Autologous Blood Recovery System. Routine and biochemical blood tests were examined for the blood samples taken before and after operation and collected blood during operation. The collected blood cells were examined by light microscope. Results:Mean 1 850 ml blood was collected from each patient during operation and got 615 ml concentrated blood cells after processed by ZITI 2000 Autologous Blood Recovery System in 128 patients. These blood cells were reinfused into the patients during and after operation. Routine, biochemical blood tests, plasmic electrolyte test were normal after operation. All patients recovered very smoothly except three patients who died of ventricularfibrillation and heart failure. There was no relationship between the cause of the death and autologous transfusion. Conclusion:ZITI 2000 Autologous Blood Recovery System is very useful and efficacious for decrease of blood loss during operation and complications of homologous blood transfusion.
