摘 要:目的:建立浊度法测定乙酰吉他霉素颗粒剂的方法,并与管碟法进行比较。方法:浊度法以金黄色葡萄球菌为试验菌,加菌量2.0%~2.5%(V/V),(37±0.5)℃培养4~5hr左右测定。结果:浊度法抗生素线性浓度为0.45~6.3IU.mL-1。与管碟法测定含量比较,无显著性差异。结论:浊度法灵敏,快速,影响因素较少,与管碟法均可作为测定乙酰吉他霉素颗粒剂效价的方法并存。Objective: To establish a turbidimetric method for the content determination of Acetylkitasamycin Granules, compared with agar diffusion method. Method: The test organism was Staphylococcus aureus and cultured with fresh medium (pH 7.0). Adjust spore suspension of Staphylococcus aureus inoculate with a 2. 0% -2. 5% (V/V)ratio at (37±0.5)℃ for about 4 -5 hr. Results: The linear range of Acetylkitasamycin was 0. 45 - 6. 3 IU · mL^ -1. And the contents of two methods had no significant difference. Conclusion: The turbidimetric method was sensitive, rapid and feasible to determine Acetylkitasamycin Granules, it can concomitance with agar diffusion method.
