摘　　要：总结了国内外有关DNA分子标记技术在印楝研究中的应用情况。对RAPD、AFLP、SSR等DNA分子标记技术分别在印楝的遗传多样性、基因流和异交率的测定、体细胞无性系变异方面进行详细的叙述,并指出了DNA分子标记技术在印楝中的发展方向。The importance of neeni as a medicinal tree species has been acknowledged worldwide. The researches of neem on applying DNA molecular markers at home and abroad have been summarized in this paper. DNA molecular markers such as RAPD, AFLP and SSR which were applied in the researches of ge- netic diversity, out-crossing rate and gene flow estimation, somaclonal variation of neem, are discussed in more detail, respectively, and the direction of application of DNA molecular marker in neem research is indicated.
