摘　　要：目的:讨论阴茎结核的病因、病理分型、诊断、治疗及预后。方法:对收治1例阴茎包皮结核患者回顾性分析病因、病理分型及诊治过程,并复习相关文献资料。结果:阴茎结核可发生于龟头、阴茎海绵体、包皮等部位,包皮结核属于阴茎结核中的一种,需早期诊治,组织活检为最有效果的确诊办法,需早期联合用抗结核药治疗。结论:阴茎结核为一种极少见病,包皮结核更为少见,极易误诊,在经抗感染治疗效果差,排除阴茎癌、梅毒硬下疳、急性浅表性包皮龟头炎等病后,需高度怀疑阴茎结核。Objective：Studying the ctiopathogccisis and the pathology type of penis tuberculosis,to diagnose and treat it better. Methods： We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of one case of penis tuberculosis and studied the related articles.Results：Pcnis tuberculosis include tuberculosis of caput penis.tuberctlosis of corpus cavcmosum penis and tuberculosis of prepucc,As one kind of penis tuberculosis,tub erculosis of prepuce was very scarcely and biopsy was most critical method for diagnosis.Treatment in early sta^e and combination with anti- tuberculosis drugs was needed.Conclusion：Tuberculosis oi prepuce was easily to be misdiagnosed.When excluding carcinoma of penis,initial syphilis lesion,and acute simple prepuce balanitits should considerate the diagnosis of penis tuberculosis,especially anti-infective treatment had no effect.
