摘　　要：目的:探讨分散注意力及强调性语言对静脉输液患者疼痛的影响。方法:选择意识清楚的神经内科住院患者154例为研究对象,采用常规的在静脉输液前强调性要穿刺及穿刺前分散注意力的方法进行静脉输液,对比两种方法对静脉输液疼痛的影响。结果:分散注意力能明显减轻或消除患者静脉输液疼痛。结论:在静脉输液前应该分散患者注意力以减轻患者疼痛。Objective：To observe vein infusing pain effect of distracting attention and cmphasising words on elder patients.Methods： 154 inpatients who need vein infusing were included in this prospective study.Results：Distracting attention and emphasised words can bring less pain on cider patients who need vein infusing,Conelusion;We could have adopted the way of distracting attention and emphasised words to bring less pain on elder patients who need vein infusing.
