粘贴一件式造口袋在老年下消化道出血患者中运用的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察粘贴一件式造口袋在老年下消化道出血患者的便血标本收集、便血量记录中的效果及其对肛周皮肤的保护作用。方法:应用粘贴一件式造口袋于老年下消化道出血患者肛周,进行血便收集。结果:造口袋有效收集血便,精确记录失血量,为临床补充血容量提供依据。同时控制恶臭味,避免血便对皮肤的刺激,预防皮炎的发生;操作简单,减轻护理工作量,并可缩短肛周皮肤护理时间;可减轻病人及家属的恐惧感。结论:对老年下消化道出血患者应用一件式造口袋可准确计算出血量,同时利于对肛周皮肤进行保护和护理,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the paste a type made in old bag under gastrointestinal bleeding patients having blood in one＇s stool samples collected,and the effect of health records of protection perianal skin.Methods：Using paste a type made under the old bag in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding,and perianal blood collection.Results：Build pocket collecting blood,blood toss,accurate records for clinical added blood volume.Control,avoid blood smell skin irritant, prevent skin,Simple operation, reducing nursing work, and perianal skin care can shorten the time,Can the patient and family fbars.Coneluslon：The elderly patients with gastrointestinal bleeding application under a type can accurately calculate the bleeding made pocket.at the same time,to protect to perianal skin and nursing,and clinical application.
