无线网络PDA在处理医嘱流程中的应用及效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用无线网络PDA处理与执行医嘱的流程,并分析此方法的应用效果。方法:利用无线网络及时更新PDA的数据,各班次与主管班及时查对各项医嘱,准确分类实施,并在每日医嘱查对中应用PDA查对医嘱落实情况。结果:使用无线网络PDA查对医嘱避免了传统查对方法中出现的信息传递误差,分别节省了主管班与临床班转抄分配医嘱及执行医嘱的时间,保证了医嘱落实的安全性。结论:应用无线网络PDA在处理医嘱流程中有效地提高了医嘱执行的及时性与准确性;医嘱执行责任到人,确保了临床护理安全性。Objective：To more discuss the management and implement of the flow-sheet of the medical order with the wireless PDA and analyze the effective of this method.Methods：The data of PDA was renewed in time through the wireless network,every order was checked timely by each in order of duty and in charge and the doctor＇s orders were enforced in categorization;the PDA was also used in condition of every day＇s orders-checkedResults：The error of information transferred was avoided by use of the wireless PDA compared with the traditional method;the time of persons in charge in copying and allocating orders and persons in executing the advice for patients in clinic was saved respectively, which confirm the safety of the medical orders＇ enforcement.Conclusion：The medical orders were carried out timely and exactly with the application of wireless PDA in management of the flow-sheet of the medical order;the personal responsibility of executing medical orders make the clinical nursing safe.
