摘　　要：载纱装置的设计是实现四步法编织工艺的重要工作之一。根据四步法编织工艺理论对载纱装置的要求，通过对几种已有载纱装置的分析，提出了自己的设计思想： 采用发条弹簧驱动中间储纱筒作为载纱装置的核心部分，这一部分不仅实现纱线的回收，而且保证纱线张力在所要求的范围内。The design of yarn carrier is one of the important work to realize the four step braiding technique.According to the theory of four step braiding technique for the requirement of yarm carrier,and through the analyses of several yarn carriers,the authors design idea is put forward;Using spiral spring to drive the center yarn package as the core part of yarn carrier,this part not only realizes the recovery of yarn but also ensures the tension of yarn in the range of requirement.
