摘  要:目的:了解本县海水产品中霍乱弧菌的污染状况,为霍乱防治工作提供实验依据。方法:采集多种海水产品及其交易称具样品,依据国家《霍乱防治手册》进行霍乱弧菌分离培养、生化及血清学鉴定。采用Real-time Q-PCR,对分离的可疑霍乱弧菌菌株进行分子生物学鉴定。根据噬菌体生物分型及毒力基因(CTX)检测,判断霍乱弧菌流行株和非流行株。结果:从79件样品中检出3株霍乱弧菌,均为O1血清群稻叶型霍乱弧菌,噬菌体生物分型22K型,CTX检测结果阴性,为非流行株。结论:本次检出的3株霍乱弧菌虽为非流行株,但霍乱弧菌非流行株可引起人散发性腹泻,故仍需加强对海水产品霍乱弧菌污染情况的主动监测。Objective:To determine the contamination of Vibrio cholerae in marine and fishery products in Qingtian county,which providing experimental evidence for prevention and therapy of cholera.Methods:Various specimens from marine and fishery products and weighing scales were collected for fractional cultivation,and biochemical and serological identification of Vibrio cholerae according to the National Manual of Cholera Prevention and Therapy.By using Real-time Q-PCR,the doubtful Vibrio cholerae isolates were molecular biologically verified.The Vibrio cholerae isolates were decided as prevalent or non-prevalent strains based on bacteriophage typing and detection of virulence genes(CTX).Results:In the 79 specimens,three strains of Vibrio cholerae were isolated and identified.These choleraic strains belonged to Inaba type and O1 serogroup with 22K bacteriophage type and gengative CTX,indicating the isolates as non-prevalent strains.Conclusion:Although the three detected strains of Vibrio cholerae belong to the non-prevalent strains,choleraic non-prevalent strains can frequently cause sporadic diarrhea in humans.Initiative monitoring to the contamination of Vibrio cholerae in marine and fishery products must be reinforced.
