摘  要:新一代钢厂指的是具有钢铁制造、能源转换、废弃物消纳功能的专业化钢厂。精准设计理论是指导新一代钢厂建设的现代设计理论,其理论基础是冶金流程工程学,核心思想是实现钢铁制造流程的动态-有序-连续-紧凑。介绍了新一代钢铁制造流程的特点,阐述了精准设计应遵循的原则及步骤,剖析了精准设计的特点,提出钢铁设计研究专家系统和流程仿真平台是精准设计的配套技术,其研究结果对钢厂设计具有理论指导意义。The new generation steel mill is specialized steel plant which carries out three functions of producing high quality steel products, high efficient energy transformation and utilizing wasters of society. The base of precise design theory for new generation steel mill is metallurgical process engineering, and its conceptual core is realizing dynamic, ordered, continuous and compact manufacturing process. This paper introduces the characters of manufacturing process about new generation steel mill, and represents the principle and steps of the theory, and analysis features on precise design theory, at the meantime, it presents that steel design expert system and process simulation technology is supporting technologies for steel mill ' s precise design. These study results of the paper have guide sig- nificance for steel mill's design.
