摘  要:粗轧出口温度的稳定控制对整个轧线的控制有很重要的意义,针对2050热轧粗轧出口温度存在的板间温差和同板温差以及粗轧温度测量问题进行了分析,给出了相应的解决对策,主要是通过前道工序的设备改进和工艺优化减少温差和通过精轧工序的模型优化减少温差的影响两个途径控制粗轧出口温差,并取得明显效果。It is very important for hot line rolling to control the temperature after rough mill steady. After analyzing the deviating of temperature among the bars and the deviating of temperature in a bar, two solutions are given: one solution is to decrease the deviating of temperature with improving the equipment and optimizing the technology in the furnace and rough zone, the other is to reduce the effects which are caused by the deviating of temperature with optimizing mathematic model in finish mill. The problem in temperature measuring is analyzed and the countermeasure are given as well. Significant effect was obtained since measures were worked out.
