摘 要:试验采用砂浆试件,分别掺入15%、30%以及50%的石灰石粉,以早期抗折、抗压强度及水化热为研究对象,并以粉煤灰作对比研究石灰石粉对水泥早期性能的影响。研究结果表明:石灰石粉掺量为15%时,试件早期抗折、抗压强度均降低非常小,并随着水灰比的增大而加剧;同时,试件早期抗折、抗压强度随石灰石粉掺量的增大而降低,与粉煤灰相比相同掺量时石灰石粉对试件早期抗折、抗压强度的降低作用较小。石灰石粉对水泥早期水化有促进作用,选择石灰石粉作为混凝土掺合料是经济可行的。15%,30% and 50% limestone powder added separately into mortar specimen,with early flex strength,compressive strength,hydration heat as study objects,the influence of limestone powder on early performance of cement was studied by contrast with fly ash. The result shows that:the early flex and compressive strength of test specimen decreased little,change will speed up with the increasing of water/binder ratio; at same time,the early flex and compressive strength of test specimen is decreased with the growth of limestone powder amount; compared with fly ash,the decrease of the early flex and compressive strength of test specimen is smaller than fly ash's at same mixing percent. This shows that addition of limestone powder promotes early hydration of cement. So it is economical and feasible to choose limestone powder as admixture of concrete.
