摘 要:通过热力学计算和实验室热态试验,研究了建筑用H型钢不同脱氧工艺时钢液中夹杂物形态、组成、尺寸和类型,分析了钛含量对钢中夹杂物析出行为的影响规律。在此基础上,在马钢第三钢轧总厂的建筑用H型钢生产过程中对Ti脱氧工艺进行了工业实践,并与现有工艺进行了对比。结果表明:经过Ti脱氧,钢液中全氧和溶解氧具有较低水平,钢中夹杂物尺寸小且具有良好的塑性,轧材的废品率降低,产品力学性能得到了提高。The morphology,chemical composition,size and type of inclusions were investigated in H-beam steel with different deoxidation technology and the effect of Ti content on the inclusions precipitation was analyzed by thermodynamic calculation and laboratory experiment.On this basis,deoxidation process of Ti was practiced in the producing process of H-beam steel used in building in No.3 steelmaking and rolling plant of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.The quality of products was compared with that under the existing technology.The results showed that the contents of dissolved oxygen and total oxygen in steel were relatively low,inclusions were small and plastic,the reject rate of rolled products descend and the mechanical properties of products are enhanced.
