摘 要:目的:建立测定酒稀莶草中奇壬醇含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:BostonCrestODS色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);以乙腈为流动相A,以水为流动相B,进行梯度洗脱;检测波长215nm,流速1.0mL·min。结果:奇壬醇在0.0202~20.02¨g呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),该方法平均回收率为99.62%,RSD2.0%。结论:该方法简便易行、准确、重复性好,可用于酒稀莶草中奇壬醇的含量测定。Objective : To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of kirenol in Herba Siegesbeckiae Praeparata. Method: The analysis was carried out on a Boston Crest ODS column (4. 6 mm×250mm,5μm) with gradient elution using acetonitrile-water as mobile phases. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1l and the detection wavelength was at 215 nm. Result : The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0. 020 2-20. 02 μg for kirenol. The correlation coefficient of the calibration crave was 0. 999 75. The average recovery was 99. 62% with relative standard derivation (RSD) of 2. 0%. Conclusion: The results showed that the method is simple, accurate and repeatable and it is suitable for the determination of kirenol in Herba Siegesbeckiae Praeparata.
