富锌底漆有效锌含量的测定方法探讨

摘　　要：对富锌底漆原漆和干膜中有效锌含量的测定方法进行了探讨,介绍了样品的制备方法、化学法和DSC的测定方法和原理,指出DSC适合于快速测量富锌底漆涂膜中的有效锌含量,化学法适合于测定原漆中有效锌含量。The testing method for available zinc content of zinc-rich and dry film were investigated, the method of sample preparation, the methods and principles of chemical analysis, the methods and principles of DSC were introduced. It found that the DSC method is suitable for rapid measurement of the effective zinc content of zinc-rich primer, and chemical method is that of the effective zinc content of original paints.
