摘  要:采用核-壳聚合法制备了丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯(PUA)乳液,通过红外、透射电镜、差示扫描量热法对乳液的形态及结构进行了表征;研究了聚合温度、引发剂种类及用量、丙烯酸酯加入量对乳液及涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:制备的为核壳型PUA复合乳液,当聚合温度在70~75℃,采用油溶性引发剂偶氮二异丁腈,用量为2.0%~2.5%时,可得到性能较佳的乳液,制得的PUA涂膜耐水性、稳定性以及力学性能有明显提高。The title crylate modified aqueous polyurethane (PUA) emulsion was prepared by means of core - shell polymerization processes. The structures and morphology of the emulsion were characterized by FT - IR, TEM and DSC. The effects of polymerization temperature , the type and amount of initiator and the amount of acrylate on the properties of the emulsion and coatings film were studied. The results showed that the emulsion prepared was the core -shell composite PUA emulsion. When the polymerization temperature was 70 -75 ℃ , using oil -soluble initiator azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) at 2.0% - 2.5%, the properties of the emulsion can be better, and the water resistance, stability and mechanical properties of the PUA e- mulsion film were improved increasingly.
