摘　　要：旋转箱法用于测定卷烟端部落丝,现有的设备存在着自动化程度低、检测效率低以及数据无法联网通讯等问题,为此,设计了基于WindowsCE嵌入式操作系统的旋转箱法卷烟端部落丝多组测量仪。该测量仪主要由机械运动系统、控制处理单元、高精度称量单元、输入输出单元等组成,可以一次完成5组卷烟样品端部落丝指标的测试,具有称量、数据统计、分析、存储、打印和联网通讯等功能。测试结果表明,该仪器自动化程度高,与国外同类型检测仪相比,在相同条件下可节约测试时间约27min,测量结果无显著性差异,提高了检测效率,实现了卷烟端部落丝指标的快速测量。In view of that the testers for determining tobacco loss from cigarette end based on a rotating box method now available are mostly manually operated,an automatic tester was designed based on Windows CE embedded operating system.It is composed of a mechanical movement system,a controlling and processing unit,a high-precision weighing unit and an input-output unit.The tester determines the tobacco loss from the ends of cigarettes for up to 5 cigarette samples simultaneously and fulfills the functions of weighing,statistical,analysis,data storage,printing,and communication.Test results showed that comparing with the imported testers of the same type,the new designed tester could shorten 27 minutes for completing a test run,and there was no significant difference between test results.The tester features high automation and efficiency,and rapid determination.
