摘　　要：目的:探讨PROLENE线连续缝合法(CISP)对小腿张力性切口延期闭合的临床应用。方法:60例张力性切口患者,随机分为两组。试验组采用CISP联合网状小切口减张(MRSI)进行延期闭合切口;对照组采用MRSI闭合切口。结果:试验组正常愈合率为90%,未出现并发症;对照组正常愈合率为73.3%,出现皮肤坏死、骨筋膜室综合症等并发症。结论:CISP是一种较好的张力性切口闭合方法。Objective：To investigate the effect of continuous incision suture using PROLENE line（CISP）on the leg tension incision for the secondary wound closure.Methods：60 cases of tension on the incision were randomly divided into two groups.Test group was treated with CISP joint the meshed relaxing short incisions（MRSI）for secondary wound closure;the control group was treated with MRSI for wound closure simultaneously.Results：In test group,the normal healing rate accounted for 90%（27/30）,and no complication was occurred.In control group,the normal healing rate accounted for 73.3%（22/30）,and some complications were occurred such as skin necrosis and acute compartment syndrome.Conclusion：CISP is a better method to treat tension incision.
