摘  要:目的:探讨嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌基因分型情况,并结合临床资料对分型方法及意义进行评估。方法:应用重复序列PCR(ERIC-PCR)分析方法进行分型,以细菌耐药鉴定系统及改良K-B法进行药敏试验。结果:23株嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌对亚胺培南、氨曲南、头孢噻肟、阿米卡星高度耐药。但对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、左氧诺氟沙星、复方新诺明敏感率较高。ERIC将嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌分为5型,其中A型10株、B型7株、C型3株、D型2株、E型1株。结论:ERIC-PCR能有效地对嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌进行分型。临床上嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌耐药程度严重,有多种基因型并存,与耐药程度有相关性。Objective To study genetyping of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia in our hospital and compare it against clinical resistance data for finding their relationship and discussing its evaluation. Methods Genetyping was analyzed by ERIC-PCR. The antibiotic susceptibility of different antibiotics was tested by K-B method. Results Twenty-three isolates of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia were highly resistant to imipenem, aztreonam, cefotaxime and amikacin, but showed high susceptibility to cefoperazone/sulbactam, Levofloxacin, trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole. ERIC-PCR showing Stenotrophomonas maltophilia in our hospital has five genetypings, including type A 10 strains, type B 7 strains, type C 3 strains, type D 2 strains and type E 1 stain. Conclusions The genetyping of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia can be tested by ERIC-PCR. Multi-drug resistance in Stenotrophomonas maltophilia is serious in our hospital clinical. There exist relations between multi-drug resistance and genetypings.
