摘  要:目的调查新疆含密封源仪表的辐射水平和操作人员个人剂量水平,加强放射源的安全管理。方法按国家标准进行检测和评价,对存在的主要卫生安全问题进行分析。结果新疆含密封源仪表周围的辐射剂量水平符合国家标准要求;2002-2006年含密封源仪表操作人员外照射年有效剂量在2 mSv以内的占95.63%,年有效剂量范围为0.542-1.210 mSv;2005-2006年石油测井工作人员的外照射年有效剂量在2 mSv以内的占91.89%,年有效剂量范围为2.267-2.869 mSv;石油测井工作人员的外照射个人剂量水平高于含密封源仪表操作人员。结论新疆含密封源仪表辐射剂量水平,基本符合我国放射卫生防护标准,含密封源仪表和石油测井操作人员的外照射年有效剂量远低于国家标准限值。Objective To investigate radiation dose level of gauges containing sealed radioactive source in Xinjiang and the individual dose level of workers so as to enhance safe management.Methods The radiation level around the sealed radioactive source was monitored and evaluated in accordance with the national standard and the key points of health safe were analyzed.Results The radiation dose level around gauges containing sealed radioactive sources was in accordance with the requirements of the national standard in Xinjiang.In 2002-2006,the individual external effective dose per year among 95.63% of operators of gauges containing sealed sources was below 2 mSv,with yearly dosage range from 0.542 to 1.210 mSv.In 2005-2006,the individual external effective dose per year among 91.89% work staff in oil field logging was below 2 mSv,with yearly dosage range from 2.267 to 2.869 mSv.The level of the personal external exposure dose to radiation was higher among work staff in the oil field logging than that of operators of gauges containing sealed sources.Conclusions The radioactive dose level of gauges containing sealed sources comply with the national standard basically.The average personal external effective dose per year of these workers is far lower than the limit value of the national standard.
