摘　　要：目的:对不同厂家炙朝鲜淫羊藿饮片主成分进行比较。方法:以反相高效液相色谱(PR-HPLC)法同时测定炙朝鲜淫羊藿饮片中5种主要黄酮类成分朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C、淫羊藿苷和宝藿苷I的含量。结果:朝藿定A以亳州千草药业有限公司的炙朝鲜淫羊藿饮片含量最高;朝藿定B、朝藿定C以药都集团茗都中药饮片有限公司的炙朝鲜淫羊藿饮片含量最高;淫羊藿苷、宝藿苷I以安徽滕王药业有限公司的炙朝鲜淫羊藿饮片含量最高。结论:建立多种成分的含量测定方法可全面控制炙朝鲜淫羊藿饮片质量。OBJECTIVE ： To compare the content of main components in Epimedium koreanum decoction pieces from different manufactories. METHODS： HPLC method was developed to determine the content of 5 kinds of flavonoids, i.e. icariin, epimedin A, epimedin B, epimedin C, and baohuoside I. RESULTS： The content of epimedin A in E. koreanum decoction pieces from Bozhou Qianeao Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd was higher than products from other manufactories. The content of epimedin B and epimedin C in pieces from Mingdu TCM Decoction Pieces Co., Ltd., Yaodu Group were higher than the others. The content of icariin and bao- huoside I in pieces from Anhui Tengwang Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. were higher than the others. CONCLUSION： Established determination method of multiple constituents should be developed to control the overall quality of the E. koreanum decoction pieces.
