摘 要:以蒙自石榴和中华蜜蜂为试材,对蜜蜂为石榴授粉与石榴自花授粉的效果进行了比较研究。结果表明,蜜蜂授粉的石榴坐果率显著高于自花授粉的坐果率(第一批花为11.49%,第二批花为12.00%),两种授粉方式下果实中石榴籽粒含水量和含糖量差异均不显著。蜜蜂为石榴授粉可提高石榴的坐果率和果实重量。An experiment was carried out to draw comparison between the effects of pollination by honeybees and self-pollination on pomegranate (Punica granatum L.) using Mengzi pomegranate and Chinese bees (Apis cerana cerana Fabricius) as experimental material. Results showed that bee pollination could improve the setting rate (1st batch of flowers 11.49%, 2nd batch of flowers 12.00%) and weight of pomegranate fruit significantly compared with self-pollination. From the view of water content and sugar content in pomegranate seeds, it had no significant differences between the Lwo pollination treatments. Yield increasing mechanism of employing honeybees for the pollination of pomegranate is to increase the setting rate of fruit and single pomegranate weight.
