摘　　要：从近年来发生的几起图书馆数字馆藏纠纷案入手,依据《著作权法》和《信息网络传播权保护条例》对图书馆合理使用的相关规定,提出图书馆购买所得的数字馆藏存在:合法使用、合理使用、限制使用和侵权使用四种可能,并对这几种情况分别进行了阐述。Starting with the library digital collections dispute cases in recent years, according to the relative regulations of the library fair use in Copyright Law and Information Network Propagating Right, this paper proposes that the library digital collections which library purchases exist four possibilities and expounds them respectively. 7 refs.
