摘　　要：尽管我国在环境保护及污染治理方面做了大量工作,但目前环境问题依然突出。煤是我国化学工业的主要能源和原料,但煤又是一种低效、高污染的能源,因此煤化工工艺过程的污染及防治应引起关注。对煤化工部分工艺过程(煤气化、煤制油)的污染物排放及煤化工产业污染防治的若干问题进行了分析,指出我国煤化工的发展,应在环境容量允许的条件下,以国家相关产业政策为指导,走循环经济、低碳经济之路,实现健康、可持续发展。Although China has made great efforts in environmental protection and pollution treatment,presently,environmental problem is still an outstanding issue facing China.Coal is a key energy as well as raw material for China＇s coal chemical industry.As a kind of energy,coal is low in efficiency but high in pollutant emission,therefore,it is important for us to draw our attention to pollution from the coal chemical industry and its prevention and treatment.The paper gave an analysis on certain problems concerning the pollution from coal chemical industry（e.g.coal gasification,coal-to-gasoline processes,etc.） and pollutants control of the coal chemical industry.It pointed out that China＇s chemical industry should be developed along a healthy and sustainable way which agrees both with circular economy and low carbon economy,and within the environmental limit,and additionally,under the guidance of the national policies of pertinent industries.
