摘　　要：相较于其所承担的责任风险而言,我国破产管理人可享有的权益明显处于不对称状态,为有效分散其正当职业风险,须构建独立的管理人责任强制保险,并尽快拟定标准的保险条款。In light of the risks taken on by bankruptcy trustees in China, there is an obvious imbalance between bankruptcy trustee＇s responsibilities and their rights and interests enjoyed. For effective spreading of their professional risks, we should set up an independent system of compulsory bankruptcy trustee liability insurance, and draft standard insurance clauses as soon as possible.
