从修改打磨篇目入手,提升志书编纂质量

摘　　要：对篇目修改打磨是确保和提升志书编纂质量的重要举措。在第二轮修志中,修改打磨篇目要做到:与时俱进而改,据实就料而改,精益求精而改,为增强实用性而改;要体现出编纂者的创新精神、服务意识和理性思维,即体现理论指导的高度,推进记载地情的深度,确定记述事物的角度;要切忌修改志稿的随意性,要加强沟通,遵守再次报审等工作程序。作者以《广西通志.旅游志》、《广西通志.土地志》、《广西通志.外事志》、《广西通志.质量技术监督志》等志书为例进行分析。The modifing and polishing of table of contents is an important move to ensure and improve the quality of the compilation of local records.In the second round compilation,the modifying and polishing of table of contents should follow the requirements such as to make adjustments according to the principle of keeping up with the times,to make adjustments according to the reality and the situation of materials,to make adjustments according to the principle of always endeavoring to do still better,to make adjustments for the purpose of improving practicability.We should also incarnate the innovative spirit in the compilation,be aware of the role of service provider and the importance of rational thinking in order to ensure theoretical guidance,to improve the local affairs recorded,to decide the angle of narration of the events and to avoid the random modification of manuscripts of local records.Communications should be strengthened and the working procedure of additional examination should be respected.The author gives his analysis from the examples of the following Records: Guangxi General Records—Tourism,Guangxi General Records—Land,Guangxi General Records—Foreign Affairs,Guangxi General Records—Quality and Technical Supervision.
