摘　　要：针对新产品开发风险与成本管理存在的问题,以新产品开发价值链流程分析为基础,按照新产品开发的价值传递过程,将新产品开发划分为立项、研发、生产与销售四个相互联系、相互影响的阶段,沿着新产品开发价值链进行系统的风险与成本综合控制机制设计与实施,以保障新产品开发风险与成本的有效控制,以及相应价值链的最大增值。According to the problems in the management of risk and cost during the new products development, analysis based on the process during the new products development＇ s value chain, in accordance with the value delivery process of new product development, there are four phases during the new products development, project stage, research and development stage, preduct/on stage and marketing stage, they are interrelate effects, the comprehensive control mechanism of risk and cost design based on the value chain of new product development, this design approach to ensure the risk and cost of new product development can effective control, and the corresponding value chain can get the maximum value.
