摘　　要：概述了逆相转移催化的机理和特点,对目前已知的几种主要的逆相转移催化剂如吡啶类、环糊精类、杯芳烃类等进行了详细介绍,并分析了逆相转移催化技术的研究和应用现状,指出了目前存在的主要问题,同时展望了其发展趋势。The mechanism and features of inverse phase transfer catalysis were summarized. And several of the primary currently known inverse phase transfer catalysts were introduced in detail, such as pyridine class, cyclodextrin class, calixarene class,etc. The research and application status of inverse phase transfer catalysis technology was analysised. The main problems existing were pointed out,and the research trend was prospected as well.
