荆防颗粒对大鼠Ⅰ型超敏反应及肥大细胞释放组胺的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察荆防颗粒对大鼠Ⅰ型超敏反应及肥大细胞释放组胺的抑制作用。方法:大鼠腹腔注射卵白蛋白(OVA1mg)与Al(OH)3悬液(1mL)的混合液进行复制Ⅰ型超敏反应模型,观察荆防颗粒对大鼠Ⅰ型超敏反应模型的影响;4-氨基吡啶皮下注射诱发大鼠肥大细胞释放组胺,观察荆防颗粒的抑制作用。结果:荆防颗粒明显降低Ⅰ型超敏反应大鼠血清IgE含量,显著降低大鼠肥大细胞释放组胺含量。结论:荆防颗粒能明显抑制大鼠Ⅰ型超敏反应和肥大细胞释放组胺。Objective：To investigate the effection of Jingfang granule on Type Ⅰ hypersensitivity of rats. Methods：The mixture of OVA 1 mg and Al（OH） 3 1 ml was intraperitioneal injected into the rats to establish the Type Ⅰ hypersensitivity model,and the 4-AP was injected subcutaneously into the rats to induce mast cell to release histamine. The effect of Jingfang granule on type Ⅰ hypersensitivity was observed.Results：The Jingfang granule was observed to significantly decrease the serum IgE and histamine levels. Conclusion：Jingfang granule can significantly inhibite type Ⅰ hypersensitivity and reduced the mast cells of rats to release histamine.
