彩色多普勒超声对无肾积水型输尿管结石的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在无肾盂积水输尿管结石诊断中的价值。方法结合利尿法,对反复肾绞痛、血尿、超声检查无肾盂积水的58例患者的各段输尿管进行多角度、多体位的追踪检查。结果58例患者中,结石位于膀胱壁内段狭窄部48例,腹段4例,盆段1例,诊断符合率91.4%。结论结合利尿法,彩色多普勒超声在诊断无肾盂积水型输尿管结石中具有重要的临床价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound for ureterolith without hydronephrosis. Methods 58 patient who had renal colic and hematuria but without hydronephrosis were enrolled in this study. All segments of ureter were examined by ultrasound from multi-angle and multi-position. Results The calculus was found at the intramural segment of ureter in 48 cases, at abdominal segment in 4 cases and at pelvic segment in 1 cases, correct diagnosis rate was 91. 4%. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound combined with diuresis has great clincal value for diagnosis of ureterolith without hydronephrosis.
