摘 要:昆明种小白鼠36只随机分成3组,分别饮用自来水、八矿饮用水和康冷矿泉水100d和150d后取股动脉血进行血清SOD和MDA水平测定。结果:100d时八矿饮用水组小鼠血清中的SOD和MDA含量均低于自来水组而高于康冷矿泉水组(8560±1511>7222±930>5466±1563U·ml-1;92.60±38.05>86.67±34.11>5144±23.71μmol·ml-1),150d时亦显示同样趋势,但经统计处理,八矿饮用水与自来水间差异无显著性,与康冷矿泉水组相比则差异有显著性(P<005)。提示:一定剂量范围的高放射性饮水对实验动物血清的SOD和MDA含量无明显影响。Kunming mice were randomly divided into 3 groups,drinking tap water and two high background radiation drinking water (Bakuang drinking water and Kangleng mineral spring water),respetively.At the end of 100 and 150 days,samples were collected for the detection of serum SOD and MDA levels of mice.The results showed that at the end of 100 days the serum SOD and MDA levels of Bakuang drinking water mice were lower than those of tap water group(no significant difference),and higher than those of Kangleng mineral spring water group ( P <0 05) At the end of 150 days,the similar results were observed.The results suggest that the higher radiation can significantly decrease the serum SOD and MAD levels of mice.
