摘 要:用自行设计的煤尘爆炸腔体与方形断面为80 mm×80 mm的管道连接进行煤尘爆炸传播试验研究,主要研究了煤尘爆炸的特性参数冲击波、火焰和比冲量等在爆炸传播过程中随距离的变化特性。结果表明,受限空间煤尘爆炸火焰区传播距离远大于原始积聚区长度,爆炸存在明显感应期和冲击波回传现象,爆炸传播过程中各测点冲击波压力随传播距离先升后降,而比冲量随距离衰减较慢,作用时间较长。The research on the coal dust explosion propagation test was conducted with the self designed coal dust explosion chamber connected with a 80 mm ×80 mm square pipeline. The features of the bumping wave, flame, specific impulse and others of the coal dust explosion feature parameters with the distance varied during the explosion propagation process were mainly studied. The results showed that the propagation distance of the coal dust explosion flame zone in the restrained space would be longer than the length of the original accumulated zone and the gas explosion would have an obvious inductive period and an impact wave return phenomenon. The impact wave pressure of each measuring point during the explosion propagation process would be increased first and reduced later with the propagation distances. The specific impulse would be reduced slowly with the distance and would have a long function time.
