摘 要:为了预防瓦斯在输送和排放管道中的爆炸,在Ф700mm管道进行了细水雾抑制瓦斯爆炸试验。结果表明:在一定水流量和水雾带长度条件下,细水雾能够抑制管道内瓦斯爆炸,抑制瓦斯爆炸距离最短为41.5m、最长为63.7m;抑制瓦斯爆炸的最佳喷嘴水流量为5.03L/min,水雾带长度为33m;抑制瓦斯爆炸水流量越大,抑制瓦斯爆炸后爆炸压力最大值越小,但喷嘴水流量达到6.19L/min后,水流量的增加对抑制瓦斯爆炸后爆炸压力最大值影响不明显;细水雾抑制瓦斯爆炸系统安装于管道10~50m时抑制瓦斯爆炸比较理想。In order to prevent the explosion dangers of gas occurred in the gas transportation pipeline and the gas drainage pipeline, an experiment research on fine water spray to restrain gas explosion in 700 mm diameter pipeline. The results showed that under the conditions of certain water flow and water spray zone length, the fine water spray could restrain the gas explosion in the pipeline. The min length of the gas explosion distance restrained was 41.5 m and the max length of the gas explosion distance restrained was 63.7 m. The optimum water flow of the nozzle to restrain the gas explosion was about 5.03 L/min and the length of the water spray zone was about 33 m. The higher water flow to restrain the gas explosion was and the higher value of the explosion pressure would be rain after the gas explosion restrained. When the water flow of the nozzle reached to 6. 19 L/min, the water flow increased would not have obvious influence to the max value of the explosion pressure after the restrained gas explosion. The restrained gas explosion system with fine water sprays installed in the pipeline with diameters of 10 -50 m would be rational to restrain the gas explosion.
