摘 要:介绍了煤层水压致裂封隔器的结构、工作原理和设计要点。封隔器采用水压式双回路双栓塞止水压裂技术,测量数据可靠。止水元件选用钢丝膨胀胶管,承压能力高,使用寿命长。试验结果表明:封隔器设计合理,止水效果好,并且体积小,质量小,操作简便;适用于煤矿井下任意方向的钻孔,尤其是深钻孔中进行水压致裂试验,并可实现终孔后连续试验。The paper introduced the structure, working principle and design key points of a packer for coal seam hydraulic cracking. The hydraulic cracking technology with the hydraulic pressurized double circuits and double bolts were applied to the packer and the measured data were reliable. The steel wire swelling rubber hose selected for the water sealing element would have a high pressure bearing capacity and a long service time. The test results showed that the design of the packer was rational, the water sealing results was good, the volume of the packer was small, the weight was less and the operation was simple. The packer could be applied to the any directions of the boreholes in the underground mine. Specially the packer could be applied to the hydraulic cracking test in the deep borehole and could be applied to the sequenced test after the borehole reached target depth.
