摘 要:防水性是反映型煤质量的重要技术指标,为研究含氧官能团对褐煤型煤防水性的影响,对6种不同工况下所得褐煤热态提质型煤进行了浸水试验,测定吸水率和吸水速率;采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)表征了含氧官能团在褐煤热态成型前后的含量变化。结果表明,褐煤型煤含氧官能团的减少能够提高型煤的防水性,其贡献大小依次为:羧基、酚羟基和羟基、羰基和醚氧基,其中羧基是与型煤表面性质关系最为密切的官能团。The waterproof is an important index to reflect the briquette quality. In order to study the oxygen-containing function groups affected to the waterproof of the lignite briquettes, the water immersion tests were conducted with thermal upgraded lignite briquettes obtained from the six different performances to measure the water absorption ratio and water absorption rate. The fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (VT1R) was applied to present the content variation of the oxygen - containing function groups before and after the thermal upgraded lignite bfiquetting. The results showed that the reduction of the oxygen - containing function groups for the lignite briquettes could improve the waterproof of the lignite briquettes. The contributions to the waterproof from high to low would be the carboxylic group, phenolic hydroxyl and hydroxyl, carbonyl and ether group. Among them, carboxylic group would be the most closed function group to the relationship with the surface features of the lignite briquettes.
