当归四逆汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察当归四逆汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,治疗组应用当归四逆汤治疗,对照组应用维生素B1100mg、维生素B12500μg肌肉注射治疗。治疗前后检测运动神经传导速度(MCV)和感觉神经传导速度(SCV)及观察疗效。结果:临床疗效总有效率治疗组为96.7%,对照组总有效率为73.3%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组MCV、SCV均较治疗前明显提高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后腓总神经MCV、胫神经SCV、腓总神经SCV较对照组明显提高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:当归四逆汤能改善患者临床症状,提高神经传导速度,对糖尿病周围神经病变有显著疗效。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Danggui Sini Decoction(DSD) for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:Sixty diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were equally randomized into 2 groups:the treatment group received oral use of DSD,and the control group received intramuscular injection of vitamin B1 100mg and vitamin B12 500μg.Motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV) were detected before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups(P<0.05).MCV and SCV were increased in both group after treatment(P<0.05 compared with those before treatment).Nerve conduction velocity of common peroneal motor nerve,tibial sensory nerve and common peroneal sensory nerve was much higher in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:DSD exerts certain effect for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy through relieving symptoms and increasing nerve conduction velocity.
