中药熏洗疗法治疗下肢慢性溃疡

摘　　要：下肢慢性溃疡属中医学"臁疮"范畴,运用中医药愈创已形成独特的理论体系,外治法更以易于操作、疗效直接等特点被广为运用。近年来,或秉承古旨,或有所发扬,以中药复方或单味药外治皮肤溃疡的研究取得可喜的成果。但运用中药熏洗疗法治疗下肢慢性溃疡,不为多见,本文对中药熏洗治疗下肢慢性溃疡的概况加以综述,提出目前熏洗疗法的优势、特点及尚需改进之处。Chronic lower limbs ulcers is a Chinese medicine ＂Ecthyma＂ areas, the use of Chinese medicine has become more a unique theoretical system and a more easy-to-use external treament such as the characteristics of direct use widely. In recent years, to adhering our ancient purpose, or developing to traditional Chinese medicine compound or single skin ulcer drug outside, the study results is encouraged. However, the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Steaming treatment of chronic lower limbs ulcers is not found, this article is a summary about the Chinese medicine treatment of lower limb chronic ulcers by tumigating-washing therapy, and give the advantage, characteristics and need improvement of the currcnt therapy.
