摘 要:目的建立百树菊酯聚合物纳米胶囊粒子的粒径及分布的测定方法。方法所用仪器为Malv-ern Zetasizer 3000Hsa型粒径分布测定仪,利用乳液聚合-凝聚法制得3个纳米胶囊试样,百树菊酯含量分别为2.52%、3.01%、3.51%,分别测定以光强度为权重的平均粒径(Di)及分布,体积为权重的平均粒径(Dv)及分布和数均粒径(Dn)及分布。结果3个试样的激光光散射光谱有显著差异,试样Ⅰ3种粒径均为单峰,试样Ⅱ、Ⅲ为双峰。激光光散射法测定试样Ⅰ,平均粒径为33.1 nm,标准偏差为0.019。结论激光光散射法快速、简便、准确,可用于百树菊酯聚合物纳米胶囊粒子的粒度检测。Objective To develop a laser light scattering method for determining particles size distribution of betaeyfluthrin polymer nanocapsules. Methods Malvern Zetasizer 3000Hsa was used in this study. Three samples of batacyfluthrin nanocapsules were prepared via gel-emulsion polymerized method, sample Ⅰ contained 2. 52% of batacyfluthrin, sample Ⅱ was 3.01% , sample Ⅲ was 3.51%. Their intensity-weighted panicle size distribution ( Di ) , vol- ume-weighted size (Dv) and diameter of number (Dn) were also tested. Results Three figures of samples had differences clearly. Sample Ⅰ appeared single-peak but double-peak occurred in Sample Ⅱ and Sample Ⅲ The mean particle diameter was 33.1 nm. The Std Dev was 0. 019. Conclusion The method is rapid,simple and accu- rate for the determining of the panicles size distribution of betaeyfluthrin polymer nanocapsules.
