65%五氯酚钠可溶性粉剂杀灭钉螺的效果观察

摘　　要：目的测试65%五氯酚钠可溶性粉剂在实验室和现场杀灭钉螺的效果。方法根据《农药登记用杀钉螺剂药效试验方法和评价》(NY/T1617-2008)进行。结果室内浸杀试验:24、48、72 h的LC50分别是0.387 2、0.295 2、0.224 9 mg/L,2 mg/L时48、72 h的死亡率为100%;室内喷洒试验:1、3、7 d的LC50分别是0.448 2、0.334 3、0.301 1 g/m2,4 g/m2时3 d的死亡率为100%,2 g/m2时7 d的死亡率为100%;现场浸杀试验用制剂量浓度为5、8、10 g/m3时24、48、72 h的死亡率均为100%;现场喷洒试验用制剂量浓度为10、15、20g/m2时24、48、72 h的死亡率均为100%。结论65%五氯酚钠可溶性粉剂对钉螺具有很强的杀灭作用,室内浸杀、室内喷洒和现场浸杀、现场喷洒均有较好的灭螺效果。Objective To observe the effect of 65% solubility powder sodium pentachlorophenate against Oncomelania hupensis in laboratory and field. Methods Using the methods given by ＂Efficacy test methods and evaluation of molluscicide for pesticide, registration＂. Results Indoor-impregnating ： the LC50 of 24,48,7：2 h were 0. 387 2,0. 295 2,0. 224 9 mg/L, and according to the geometric concentration, 100% death dose were 2 mg/L after impregnating 48 h and 72 h;Indoor-spraying： the LC50 of 1,3,7 d were 0. 448 2,0. 334 3,0. 301 1 g/m2, according to the geometric concentration, 100% death dose was 4 g/m2 after spraying 3 d and 2 g/m2 after 7 d;the mortality rates were all 100% in spot-impregnating using the concentration of 5,8,10 g/m3 ;in spot-spraying test, the mortality rates of 24,48,72 h were also 100% when using the dose of 10,15,20 g/m2. Conclusion 65% solubility powder sodium pentachlorophenate could eliminate Oncomelania hupensis very well under both field and laboratory conditions.
