摘　　要：目的合成羟基香茅醛-1，2-丙二醇缩醛，并测定其对淡色库蚊的驱避效果。方法人体保护试验。结果10％和15％的羟基香茅醛-1，2-丙二醇缩醛对淡色库蚊的驱避时间都在6．5—7h，20％的羟基香茅醛-1，2-丙二醇缩醛对淡色库蚊的驱避时问〉7h。结论羟基香茅醛-1，2-丙二醇缩醛可用于家居和野外的驱蚊保护剂。Objective To synthesize hydroxyl citronella aldehyde-1, 2-propanediol acetal and evaluate repellent effects on Culex pipiens pallens. Methods Human protection experiment. Results Human protective tests showed that 10 % ,15 % ,20 % （ω） of the hydroxyl citronella aldehyde-1,2-propylene acetal displays repellent time against Culex pipiens pallens were 6. 5 -7 h,6. 5 - 7 h and 〉 7 h respectively. Conclusion The hydroxyl citronella aldehyde-1, 2- propanediol acetal can be applied indoors and outsides for mosquito repelling.
