摘　　要：网络影响力是电子政务绩效评估的重要组成部分。应根据政府网站的特点,确定政府网站的各项评价指标,并利用层次分析法确定各项指标的权重,以构建科学合理的政府网站评价指标体系。在此基础上选择国内相关省级政府网站作为评价对象进行实证研究,从中发现更有效的管理和运作方式,可以为河北省政府网站影响力的提升提供借鉴。Web impact is the important component of E - government performance evaluation. According to the eharacteristics of government websit, we should finalize the evaluation index and determine the weight of the indicators by using AHP, than build seientifie and reasonable government websit evaluation index system. On this basis , we should choose some domestic related provincial government websits as evaluation target for impirical study. Then we will find out more effective management and operation mode, which can provide reference for raising Hebei Provincial government websit impact.
