摘 要:目的为了解几组变应性疾病患者血清 IL-4和 sCD23水平及 IL-4对 sCD23(CD23)产生的影响。方法采用 ELISA 法对荨麻疹、湿疹及过敏性鼻炎患者血清、外周血单-核细胞(PBMC)及培养条件下 IL-4、sCD23(CD23)水平及调控关系进行了研究。结果①3组疾病血清_IL-4及 sCD23水平均明显高于正常人对照组(P<0.05~0.01),sCD23与 IL-4之间具有明显的正相关关系(r=0.68~0.92,P<0.01);②rIL-4可促进 PBMC 产生和表达 sCD23(CD23),湿疹患者 rIL-4对 PBMC 产生 sCD23的诱导能力比正常对照组明显增强。结论 IL-4及 sCD23参与了变应性疾病的发展过程,IL-4诱导 PBMC 产生sCD23为时间效应关系。Objective To investigate the serum levels of IL-4 and sCD23 in patients,with allergie diseases and the effect of IL-4 to the produetion of sCD23.Methods The levels of 11-4 and sCD23 in the sera and peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)from palients with urticaria,eezema and rhand the lever of CD23 in the cultured PBMC with and without exogenous IL-4 were measured by ELISA Results(1) The levels of IL-4 and sCD23 were higher in patients with allergic diseases than those in conlrols,and then were positive correlation between IL-4 and sCD23(r=0. 68 ~0. 92. P<0. 0l):(2)rIL-d could promote the pro- duetion and expression of sCD23(CD23)in PBMC.this effect was much more remarkable in PBMC from patient, with eczema than that from controls.Conclusion The results contfirm that 11.-4 and sCD23 play a role in the pathogenesis of allergic diseases.
