半导体激光治疗局部多毛症的临床及组织病理研究

摘　　要：目的研究800nm Lightsheer半导体激光机治疗局部多毛症的临床安全性和疗效性及其治疗前后的组织学变化。方法采用800nm半导体激光机按固定周期、多次治疗局部多毛症并在实验区治疗前后取材行HE染色常规组织病理学检查。结果800nm Lightsheer半导体激光机治疗局部多毛症总有效率达92.7%,激光术后局部毛囊、毛干及毛乳头变性、破坏,但周围组织汗腺、皮脂腺未见损伤。结论800nm半导体激光治疗多毛症安全、疗效好,对皮脂腺及汗腺等周围组织无损伤。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and its clinical safety and the histological change before and after treatment of 800nm Lightsheer Diode Laser on local hair removal.Methods Application of 800 nm Diode Laser is used in the treatment of local hair removal and histological changes were observed before and after treatment.Results The total efficiency of applying 800nm Light sheer to treat the patient with hirsutism is 92.7%.the sebaceous,sweat glands and other surrounding tissues were not damaged with the exception of hair follicle,hair and dermal papilla before and after treatment.Conclusion Hair removal with 800nm Lightsheer Diode Laser is safe and effective and no harm to the periloherial tissue.
