摘 要:从流变行为、热稳定时间、热分解温度及力学性能等方面考察了有机锡稳定剂及有机锡/钙锌复合稳定剂在电石法PVC中的应用。结果表明:适量钙锌稳定剂与有机锡稳定剂复配使用,可以在保持电石法PVC加工稳定性的同时,降低热稳定剂的成本;使用有机锡/钙锌复合稳定剂,PVC的弹性模量、拉伸强度明显低于比使用单一有机锡稳定剂时的PVC,但冲击强度和断裂伸长率明显提高。An applied research on the thermal stabilizing system of calcium carbide process PVC based on organotin and calcium zinc stabilizers was performed in the present work by evaluating the rheological behaviors, thermal stabilization time, thermal decomposition temperature and mechanical properties. The results showed that: (1) utilizing organotin/calcium zinc composite stabilizer at proper composition, the cost of stabilizer could be decreased with no change in the processing stability of calcium carbide process PVC; (2) the elastic modulus and tensile strength of PVC blended with organotin/calcium zinc composite stabilizer were obviously lower than those of PVC blended with single organotin stablizer, while the impact strength and elongation at break of PVC samples were enhanced significantly.
