社区护理在居民健康意识与健康行为改变中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]了解社区居民的生活方式及健康意识,指导其健康的生活方式,为社区居民改变不良的生活习惯和不利于健康的行为提供理论依据。[方法]应用自行设计的社区人群调查表,对社区居民200人进行调查,并有针对性的采取健康教育。[结果]48.0%、64.5%的居民不知道自己的血压、血糖、血脂值;33.4%平时不注意自身健康的;48.7%根据自身的健康状况选择有益于健康的饮食与运动。护理干预前后两组居民健康意识和健康行为评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]居民的健康意识较差,社区工作人员加强健康教育后,帮助居民纠正不健康的行为方式,改变不良习惯,促进其健康。Objective： To probe into the effective and feasible nursing management model for eye diseases screening of newborns. Methods： through strengthening propaganda and education and psychological intervention, establishing consummate follow--up system and strengthening positive cases management to get the higher screening rate and tracking rate. Results： Systematic management of nursing work and effective intervention made the eye diseases screening of newborns running in order. Conclusion： successfully evolving eye diseases screening of newborns need the effective coordination of medicine and nursing management, and that can make sure the flow--sheet operating and screening quality, and show its social efficiency.
