摘  要:目的观察负重时腓距关节在不同情况下的接触面积及图形变化趋势。方法在16例标本上,用压敏片在加载机上加压,测试腓距关节接触面。结果踝关节处于中立位时,腓距关节接触面呈镰刀状,位于中上部,面积99.3±4.03mm2;踝背屈15°、踝跖屈15°及腓骨中段切除,既可造成接触面积明显变化,也可致接触区图形改变;切断小腿骨间膜,腓距关节接触面无明显变化;离断胫腓前、后韧带后,压敏片不出现显色区。结论⑴腓骨具有负重功能,胫腓前、后韧带与力的传递有关,而小腿骨间膜与之无关;⑵踝关节在不同运动状态下的腓距关节接触面的部位、大小有所不同;⑶临床不宜随意截取腓骨。Objective To observe the size and shape of contact surface of fibulotalar joint in weight-bearing state in different conditions.Method On 16 specimens,contact surface of fibulotalar joint was measured and observed with pressure sensitive film.Results The contact area of the joint in anatomical posture is 99.3±4.03 mm 2,and its shape resembles sickle and lies on the middle and upper part.When in dorsiflexion 15°,plantar flexion 15° or the middle part of fibula is removed,contact area and its shape will change apparently.Resecting membrana interossea cruris will not cause a marked reduction of the contact area while resecting ligament tibiofibulae anterius and ligament tibiofibulae posterius will not cause any color change in pressure sensitive film.Conclusions ⑴Fibula has the function of weight-bearing.Ligament tibiofibulae anterius and ligament tibiofibulae posterius are closely related to pressure delivery,but membrana interossea cruris is not.⑵The size and location of fibulotalar contact surface will change when ankle joint is in different condition.⑶The removal of fibula must be cautions.
