摘　　要：IL-25又称为IL-17E，是细胞因子IL-17家族的成员之一，主要由活化的Th细胞和肥大细胞所分泌。与其他家族成员不同，IL-25能够诱导Th2型细胞因子如IL-4、IL-5和IL-13的产生，介导Th2类免疫应答，还能够影响Th17细胞的分化并调节自身免疫性疾病的发生发展。总之，IL-25在多种免疫性疾病的发生发展中都发挥着重要的作用。Interleukin-25 （IL-17E） is a member of the recently emerged eytokine family （IL-17s）, which is expressed in Th2-polarized T-calls and bone marrow-derived mast cells. However, unlike the other members of this family,IL-2.5 is capable of inducing Th2-associated cytokines （IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13 ）. IL-25 is a proinflammatory cytokine favoring Th2-type immune, also regulates the development of autoimmune inflammation mediated by IL-17-producing T cells. Taken together, IL-25 plays important roles in the pathogenesis of immunological diseases.
