摘  要:目的研究男性不同发育阶段雄激素靶组织中的雄激素水平、5α还原酶活性的生理性变化及其意义。方法58例不同生长发育阶段男子的包皮组织(年龄从出生后9月至34岁范围),在体外测定其T、DHT水平和5α还原酶I型和I型同功酶的活性。结果儿童时期靶组织中的雄激素和5α还原酶活性均保持在较低的水平,随着青春期发育开始而缓慢升高,在14~16岁之间达到峰值,成年后则分别维持在一定的高水平上。结论①5α还原酶I型酶活性的生理性变化是雄激素依赖的。②雄激素和5α还原酶在男性青春期发育和维持性成熟中起重要作用。Objective To study the physiological variation, as well as its significance, of androgens and 5α reductase activities in male individuals at different development stage. Methods The foreskins were acquried from 58 subjects, aged 9 months to 34 years. Testosterone (T) and dihydrotestosterone (DHT) levels in these target tissues were measured by radioimmunoassay after homogenization, and the activities of 5α reductase isozyme I and II by the methods developed in our laboratory. Results The levels of T and DHT, and the activities of 5α reductase isozymes in target tissues remained low in children from 2 to 5 years of age. After 6 years of age these values would rise during the stages of pubertal development and reach new peaks at age of 14 to 16 years. After completion of pubertal development, 5α reductase and its catalyzing product DHT, as well as T itself, tended to keep at more stable and high levels. Conclusion ①5α reductase II activities are androgen dependent. ②Just as T itself, 5α reductase and DHT play important roles in male pubertal development and in maintenance of male sexual features.
