胶原酶髓核溶解和经皮髓核切吸术治疗青少年腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评估胶原酶髓核溶解联合经皮髓核切吸在青少年腰椎间盘突出症中的疗效。方法腰椎间盘突出症的青少年患者22例,采用经皮髓核切吸联合胶原酶髓核溶解术治疗,随访并分析治疗效果。结果21例患者得到了随访(1例失访),随访时间12～34个月,优良率88%。结论联合采用胶原酶髓核溶解和经皮髓核切吸术是治疗青少年腰椎间盘突出症的有效手段。Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of percutaneous lumbar discectomy on lumbar disc herniation in adolescents. Meth- ods Twenty-two patients with lumbar discs were treated by percutaneous lumbar disceelomy and eollagenase treatment of nucleus pulposus dissolved in this study. The retrospective analyses were performed. Results Twenty-one patients were followed 12 months at least. The rate of excellent and good was 88%. Conclusion Perentaneous lumbar discectomy is an efficient means for lumbar disc herniafions of adolescent.
