三草安前汤联合心理疗法治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎40例

摘　　要：目的观察三草安前汤联合心理疗法对ⅢA型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法80例ⅢA型前列腺炎患者随机分成两组,治疗组给予三草安前汤联合心理疗法治疗,对照组给予前列泰治疗,两组均治疗1个月,对比观察疗效。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论三草安前汤联合心理疗法治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎疗效佳。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Sancao anqian prescription combined with psychotherapy in the treatment of m X prostatitis. Methods We divided 80 cases of Ⅲ A prostatitis randomly into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given Sancao anqian prescription plus psychotherapy for one month and the control group was given Qianlietai pills for the same time. Results There was a significant difference in clinical efficiency between the two groups（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Sancao anqian prescription combined with psychotherapy is effective in the treatment of ⅢA prostatitis.
